Feeling like sh…
‘Feeling like sh…? Make art out of it!’
This is one of my favourite motto’s. It usually works great for me. Whenever I’m feeling down, empty, depressed or in a bad mood, I start doodling. Creating something, even if it are just senseless lines or smudges, always helps me to lift my mood. Sometimes it helps me to understand a bit more about what’s going on inside of me. To understand why I am so moody at that moment.
I don’t remember what was going on when I was making the one shown here. Maybe a nasty case of toothache.
By the way, I also doodle a lot when I just feel great! It helps feeling even better than!
