It is a beautiful day. The sky is clear and very, veryblue. I am sitting at my drawing table in the studio and look out of the window. And once again, like so many times before in these past twenty-two years, I consider myself blessed with this great place with its light and windows..
I love shadows. Here you see the shadow of my roof on the house next door. The forms and the lines change during the day and sometimes a bird can be seen sitting on top of my house.
I am not much of a reality painter but this morning I tried to get the essence of this view that I love so much.
